During the conference, two groups started to quarrel and wanted to split the Association just for leadership. Praveenbabu Mahale who was silent in viewing all these things suddenly went to Dias and took a Mike and had started to deliver a speech. By hearing his aggressive speech everyone was stunned. In his speech, he told that what for you people have attended this conference just to make one of your friends as Leader of the association or to put forth the denied benefits of employees to resolve it. I don’t believe in Leadership but I believe in workmanship Those who can work for employees such persons only can become Secretary-General and President others are not yet all required to us if we split the association our unity breaks and we could not achieve any of our demand So you people decide and tell me. Immediately those are in the race of power got shocked and they came for compromise and finally amicably he made one group leader as President and another group leader as Secretary-General in the year 1983 unanimously and by seeing his ability he had been elected as Vice President of All over India Work Charged Employees Association New Delhi. After this, he could able to resolve genuine demand like Pension, Permanency, General Provident fund, leave facilities, etc. whatever entitled to Central government employees within five months of his leadership with strong approach and fight with higher authorities. Later he became a Secretary-General of the Association of All over India, served for two terms, & could able to achieve promotions of employees

He had also participated in several astrological T.V programs and uploaded some astrological programs on YouTube. His political predictions about Narendra Modhi, Yaddiyurappa, Sadanand Gowda, Jagdhees Shettar Jayalalitha, Mamata Banerjee Donald Trump, Assembly elections of Karnataka 2013 & 2018, Parliament elections 2014 & 2019, etc became very true.

Praveenbabu Mahale says

How one can become an amazing leader? When you think about the same several questions arise. Is it because one has got money or family status or is it because one has community support made him leader. To some extent money, family status, and community support may help him to become a leader but when one comes forward with a great feel to help downtrodden peoples , society ,state and nation with spirit of service without expecting anything apart from his family problems than such person one day will become an amazing leader with popularity. A good example for this is Narendra Modi the Prime Minister of India. Till he becomes Chief Minister of Gujurat he never thought of power and publicity He was strictly doing his social work in R.S.S with the patriotism since his younger age without seeking any power or publicity. He became Chief Minister of Gujurat unexpectedly on 7th October 2001 at his 52nd age. Since he had dedicated his life for the nation he had honestly and without any hesitation served in R.S.S. and later in BJP whatever works assigned to him from root level to high extent. Thus he had humble spirit and consistency in work, in between he gained considerable knowledge in leadership which made him an amazing leader.

It is not correct to tolerate the unjust every time we should protest it and try for justice, one may not get success every time but one will get success sometime for his strong and continuous efforts. One has to set his goal and try consistently
, though he may come across some failures, if one’s determination to succeed is very strong every failure becomes a stepping stone to success. If you don’t have enough talent, take the advantage of the opportunity and try to excel your talents. If one's heart is beating for anyone’s hue and cry, one should rush up and extend his kind help without any expectation. One day which makes any one an amazing Leader.

Since my childhood I was not tolerating unjust but I was not ready to expel my outburst. When I had started my career whenever I saw injustice I was forced to expel my outburst diplomatically. This nature is motivated to me to work against prejudice and provoked me to work for employees and society. Thus I was engaged in various social activities since my young age. My concentration is always towards the accomplishment of the work assigned to me or wished by me by public or any social organization rather than impress my leadership, apart from my personal family or career problems. I strongly believe that when one receives several benefits from public or society, it is his moral duty to work for Society for some extent if financially not, at least by physically and mentally. My objective tended me to work for employees, society, temples, games, sports and cultural activities throughout my life in various Associations, Social organisations, temple committees musical groups etc. I believe in the leadership of the Great Prime Minister of India Mr.Narendra Modi and I am much impressed about his sincere and hard work in government towards the establishment of Great India. So I thought of joining his political party BJP to serve the nation with my earlier experience in social works.
